Science-based industrial innovation: learn about quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology, smart materials - and much more!
NB: We do only have few spots left for our event in Copenhagen, so make sure to book your ticket – first come first take.
You know high tech, but do you know Deep Tech? It’s the field of science-driven innovation that encompasses quantum computing, artificial intelligence, synthetic biology, regenerative medicine and longevity, smart materials, rockets and air taxis, batteries for electric vehicles, systems for carbon capture… in other words, some of the most advanced technologies we’re working on today, and the ones most critical to the big challenges facing us. You will learn about the Deep Tech field broadly, and do deep dives into the technologies that are most critical to your company and industry. You’ll understand how the process of innovation in Deep Tech is different from (and interacts with) other technology substrates like electronics, software, or media, as well as nontechnological areas like market or business model innovation.
NB: This event will be held in English.
Ten years before science-driven innovation was called “deep tech”, Mark was part of the management team at the first firm in the field, Lux Research. He launched and led teams in biosciences, digital innovation, technology foresight, and strategic consulting, and helped grow the company from a handful to more than 130 worldwide. He is an advisor to companies and investors in deep tech, and a frequent speaker at conferences focused on the space.
