Helping organizations shape what comes next, not just adapt to it
I bring together human-centered innovation, entrepreneurship, and systemic thinking to help organizations transform from within. I see innovation capability as a lever for that transformation: when people have the space, confidence, and structures to identify opportunities and experiment, change can grow from within rather than depend on a central team or one-off program.
Much of my career has focused on building that capability through decentralized and participatory models, including co-creation, hackathons, intrapreneurship programs, and distributed advocate networks. I am especially interested in where top-down direction meets bottom-up knowledge and agency: strategic intent provides focus, while people closer to the work bring the insight and momentum that help innovation spread.
For me, transformation is systemic and continuous: an organization’s ability to keep learning, adapting, and renewing itself. I look for leverage points across people, knowledge, leadership, incentives, networks, technology, and governance that help change continue beyond individual initiatives.
My most recent focus is Human-AI transformation: how people and AI can work together to improve decisions, expand creativity, and open new possibilities. Efficiency creates capacity. What you do with that capacity determines whether value is created, captured, and sustained.
I bring more than a decade of experience across Fortune 500 companies and global organizations, startups, venture building, and education. I am a product design engineer by training, a founder and startup mentor, and combine a strategic, systemic perspective with a strong builder mindset. I care deeply about creating environments where people develop the creative confidence to contribute, challenge assumptions, and take ownership.
I also contribute to university teaching across Europe and speak through keynotes and workshops. For me, education is part of building future capability: closing the gap between what people learn today and what organizations and society will need next.
